Hi, I am Clementine and I am a photographer and video maker based in Armidale, New England, NSW.

I enjoy all kinds of photography, however I feel most at home when I am capturing people — whether it be family sessions, events or brand shoots. To capture a sense of emotion, mood or movement in an image never ceases to delight me. I have recently taken the leap to become more involved in videography and I am leaning into that while I build my skills.

Along Came Red - The Journey

This is me, Clementine!

My photography journey started many years ago when I wanted to take better photos to showcase food for my cafe, then catering business. I bought a good camera, spent some time learning the ropes and realised that photography actually brought me a great deal of enjoyment! I decided to get some actual training to further my skills and I managed to complete my certificate right before my fourth child was welcomed into the world — he was born with bright red hair, a big surprise in a family of five blondies.

It was there with our little ‘Red’ that my passion for photography really kicked off as I was able to take the photos that I regretfully didn't have the skill for when my other children were younger. When they got tired of me I moved on to other families, events, and so much more!

More recently I have taken the plunge into videography and am enjoying the process of building the more in depth stories that video allows - it’s wonderful to see it all come together at the end, especially when it is so meaningful to the client that has entrusted that story to me.
